The Culinary Arts students are making and selling Quiche, which would be picked up Monday, October 2nd (sorry for not sending it out sooner), and Lefsa, which can be picked up Monday, October 9th.

• Quiche, of course, is the delicious breakfast pastry made with eggs,  milk, cheese, and whatever else the Culinary Arts Students added.
• Lefsa is traditional, soft Norwegian flatbread made with potatoes, flour, and butter.
