The WHS population reflects students from many different places. As of this current year, our school hosts students from Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Spain, and the Philippines! Learning diverse cultures and mindsets can be very exciting and interesting, considering some students come from places quite different than western North Dakota. One new student this year, Jamie Perey, comes from Spain! I had the great privilege of interviewing him, asking cultural questions about his life in Spain.
