C2G: Commitment to Graduate Bulletin Board

Have you seen the college bulletin by the commons area? Students of the shop teacher, Mr. Davis, put together a bulletin that is used for highlighting students that have been accepted to a college.

Seniors each have a paper with the college they have been accepted to and their name posted on the bulletin. Principal Mr. Germundson, Assistant Principal Ms. Larson and Ms. Jeannotte (the senior counselor) came up with the idea of the bulletin and the whole Commitment to Graduate idea from a convention they attended during this past summer.

Commitment to Graduate is all over WHS with posters and signs hanging on the walls. Students have already been accepted and their names are posted on the board. Ms. Jeannotte has t-shirts showing the Commitment to Graduate idea (see photos of students wearing their shirts on the WHS Facebook page).  Jeannotte is also the one who puts the acceptance letters on the board.
