Looking for a new start? Good thing 2018 is out and 2019 is in! There are so many positive thoughts to get yourself going for each day. Positive thoughts may help someone overcome negative thoughts to reach goals. This term is called Positive Affirmations. “Positive Affirmations gives a sense of reassurance that those wishful words won’t only make you better about yourself, but they can also turn into reality and when you start to believe these affirmations, it’s your belief that creates the reality around you” (Finding a coach). Some examples of Positive Affirmations are saying “I can”, “I am proud of myself”, “I am important”, and ‘I am strong”. These words can help you overcome struggles from last year or even this year. These may be just words to you, but if used they mean more than you think. Remember no matter how hard it gets, it’s always in your hands to make it better.
