Do you like being alone?
I like being alone, I like to be by myself and do what I want to do when I want to. I like to have control you could say – :).
Studies show that it is unhealthy to be alone 24/7. Being alone all the time can damage the mind and body; it’s healthy to have an even amount of alone time and being around people. Stress from feeling disconnected and alone can result in depression, anxiety and even cardiovascular troubles like high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease.
Do you think communicating on social media is the same as communicating in person?
I don’t think it’s the same. Yes, you are talking to someone, but you are not face to face.
