This year, FCCLA hosted an event called “Socktober”. This event allowed students/teachers/paras, to bring in socks for their advisory class. The reason for Socktober is because the number one requested item in shelters anywhere is socks. FCCLA is all about fundraising and resolving problems in the community, so this event helped! We made a competition out of this event by telling all advisory classes that whoever brings in the most socks, wins a pizza party. This was a very close competition, but the winner for Socktober 2020, is Mrs.Gullikson’s advisory classes with 85 pairs of socks! Congratulations! On the 19th, and 24th, you’ll receive a pizza party for both A and B day groups! If you see Mrs.Gullikson in the hallway, congratulate her for winning!

Thank you to all advisory classes who participated in this event! Together, we raised over 150 pairs of socks to donate to the Salvation Army and the Women’s Shelter here in Williston! Amazing Job Everyone!!
