ProStart Culinary Arts is a class that is open to sophomore, junior and senior students. This year-long course has two levels that can be competed in subsequent years. In the course, we train students to work in the food service industries. We provide catering events for events and school and partake in a trip to Disney World each April for Cook Around the World. Successful completion of Foods I is a prerequisite.
