This year’s Williston High School prom was April 13th and the theme was Tangled. Grand march and prom were held in the gym, full of bright lanterns and candles that lit up the night. The prom committee this year decided to do prom king and queen, as well as prince and princess. The winners of Prom King and Queen were Garrett Gathman and Cece Bakken. The winners of Prom Prince and Princess were Hayden Lappegaard and Rita Johnson. It was a night full of Soda Shack and amazing dance moves. We asked a senior Matt Goodman how his prom night went, and his response was, “I jumped up and down so many times that I burned like 800 calories.” It was a very successful night and truly a night to remember.
