On December 13, 2023, Mrs. Rooke excused the members of Vocal Jazz from school for the day, and they loaded onto one of the Williston High School buses with their sound system equipment and holiday spirit. The group visited Missouri Ridge, Garden Valley Elementary, Williston Middle School Central Campus, Hagen Elementary, and Lewis & Clark Elementary. Their set included the songs: Here Comes Santa Claus, It’s The Most Wonderful Time of The Year, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas. All of which were sung acapella. The students and teachers all had a great time listening to some of peoples’ favorite Christmas tunes, and appreciated the visits with impressive audience etiquette.
