Counselor Corner ~ Alison Mischke, Social Worker

Alison Mischke

As one of the School Social Workers at WHS, I get to meet with many kids during the day. My role as a School Social Worker is to assist with potential barriers and struggles that students face and ensure that they are able to be successful in school. Sometimes I am located in the Coyote Day Program helping out with students, other times I am meeting with teachers or administration, or I could be up in my office meeting with students. Therefore, every week I am checking up on students to see how they are doing academically, physically, and mentally.

The WHS student body is very near and dear to my heart and I enjoy meeting with and helping students daily.
